Microcel MC-12 is a grade of MCC with an intermediate particle size between the types Microcel MC-102 and Microcel MC-200, with excellent flowability and compressibility properties. Its main uses are enhance the flowability in direct compression formulations that uses API with low flow, reduce tablets and capsules weight variation, mostly in semiautomatic (disk type) or gravity capsule filler machines. Recommended usage levels are between 10 – 90%.
