Who pays for transportation and related costs ?

Unless otherwise agreed, Stobec assumes all expenses, including freight, duty, brokerage, sampling, labeling, paperwork.

How about hazardous chemicals ?

Stobec personel is fully trained to handle all hazardous chemicals, except radio-active materials and explosives.
Stobec complies with all safety and transportation regulations and procedures

Do I have to manifest my surpluses ?

As long as your products are sold to us, they are considered as recyclable materials and manifests are therefore not needed.

Our track record since 1977 is excellent, no spills, no reportable incidents and no legal procedures. Every product is carefully evaluated before Stobec assume its transfer.
